Thank you for choosing Eyez in the Vibes. These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a professional, safe and enjoyable experience for all clients and participants. By booking any service, workshop or event with Eyez in the Vibes, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings are confirmed once payment or the required deposit has been received.

All sessions, workshops and events are subject to availability.

Eyez in the Vibes reserves the right to refuse bookings where appropriate.

Where a deposit is required:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits secure your booking and cover preparation, planning and reserved time.
• Deposits cannot be transferred to another date if cancellation is made within the cancellation period.

If you cancel:

• More than 48 hours before your appointment – your payment (excluding any deposit) will be refunded or transferred to another available date.
• Within 24 hours of your appointment – no refund will be given.
• Failure to attend without notice (“No Show”) will result in the full session fee being retained.

These are workshops organised and delivered directly by Eyez in the Vibes.

If you cancel:

• More than 7 days before the workshop:
  
  
  • Your payment will be refunded, less any non-refundable deposit.
• Within 7 days of the workshop:
  
  
  • No refund will be issued unless your place can be filled.
• Within 24 hours or if you do not attend:
  
  
  • No refund will be given.

Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior agreement.

Where Eyez in the Vibes has been hired by a school, business, charity or organisation:

• A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
• Final payment is due by the agreed invoice date.
• If the organisation cancels within 14 days of the event, the deposit will be retained.
• If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the full agreed fee may become payable due to preparation, scheduling and loss of business.

Alternative dates may be offered where possible.

If Eyez in the Vibes needs to cancel due to illness, emergency or unforeseen circumstances:

• You will receive the option of a full refund, including any deposit already paid, or
• You may transfer your booking to another available date.

Eyez in the Vibes is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.

If you arrive late:

• Your session may need to finish at the scheduled time.
• The full booking fee remains payable.
• Excessive lateness may be treated as a missed appointment.

Meditation, mindfulness and sound healing are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

By attending, you confirm that:

• You participate voluntarily.
• You are responsible for your own wellbeing.
• You have informed Eyez in the Vibes of any medical conditions, injuries, epilepsy, pregnancy, hearing conditions, mental health concerns or anything else that may affect your participation.

If unsure, please seek advice from your GP before attending.

Children attending workshops remain the responsibility of their parent, guardian, school or supervising organisation unless otherwise agreed.

Schools and organisations remain responsible for safeguarding during booked sessions.

Eyez in the Vibes aims to provide a welcoming and respectful environment.

Anyone displaying abusive, threatening or disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave without refund.

Photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.

Consent will always be requested beforehand.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs should notify Eyez in the Vibes before the session begins.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings.

Eyez in the Vibes accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

All workshop content, meditation scripts, presentations, activities, branding and resources remain the intellectual property of Eyez in the Vibes.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, recorded or distributed without written permission.

Payment is due by the agreed date before the session or workshop unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices for organisations and businesses must be paid within the agreed payment terms.

Late payments may incur additional charges where applicable.

Eyez in the Vibes shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruption or government restrictions.

Participation in meditation, breathing exercises and sound healing is entirely voluntary.

Eyez in the Vibes accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage except where required by law.

Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and stop any activity that causes discomfort.

By booking any service, workshop or event with Eyez in the Vibes, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Each workshop is designed for a specific age group, which will be clearly stated within the booking information.

Chakra Kidz sessions are designed for children who can participate independently within a group setting.

Although every effort will be made to create an inclusive environment, Eyez in the Vibes is unable to provide one-to-one support or specialist care.

Unfortunately, the sessions are not currently suitable for children requiring a higher level of support because of additional needs, disabilities or complex medical needs.

Parents and guardians must inform Eyez in the Vibes of any additional information that may affect participation before the session begins.

Eyez in the Vibes reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the needs of the child cannot be safely met within the group environment.

Healthy snacks and drinks may be provided during sessions.

Parents and guardians must inform Eyez in the Vibes of:

• Allergies;
• Food intolerances;
• Dietary requirements;
• Medical conditions.

Where necessary, parents and guardians are kindly asked to provide an alternative snack for their child.

Although every precaution will be taken, Eyez in the Vibes cannot guarantee that workshop environments will be entirely free from allergens.

Eyez in the Vibes is not medically qualified and cannot administer medication unless agreed beforehand in writing.

Parents and carers remain responsible for ensuring that any required medication is available.

Basic first aid may be provided where appropriate.

If a child becomes unwell or has an accident during a session:

• First aid will be administered where necessary.
• Parents, guardians or emergency contacts will be contacted as quickly as possible.
• Emergency services may be contacted if required.
• An accident report will be completed and stored securely.

By booking a place, parents and guardians consent to emergency medical treatment being sought where necessary.

Children must be collected promptly at the agreed time.

Children will only be released to parents, guardians or authorised individuals whose details have been provided in advance.

Respectful and kind behaviour is expected at all times.

Persistent disruptive, unsafe or aggressive behaviour may result in a child being removed from the session.

Refunds may not be issued in these circumstances.

Safeguarding and the welfare of children remain a priority at all times.

Any concerns regarding the safety or wellbeing of a child will be managed according to safeguarding procedures and, where necessary, information may be shared with the appropriate authorities.

Photographs and videos will only be taken with parental or guardian consent.

These images may be used for educational, promotional or marketing purposes.

Parents and guardians may withdraw consent at any time.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings.

Eyez in the Vibes accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property.

All materials, resources, activities, meditations, presentations, written content, branding and artwork remain the intellectual property of Eyez in the Vibes.

No material may be copied, reproduced, shared or distributed without written permission.

Eyez in the Vibes will not be held responsible for cancellations, delays or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, transport disruption or government restrictions.

Participation in any Eyez in the Vibes activity is voluntary.

Eyez in the Vibes accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, loss or damage except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

By booking a session, workshop or event with Eyez in the Vibes, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
