Our mission is to empower children with tools to connect to their emotions, build inner confidence, and nurture self-love through joyful movement, music, affirmations, and meditation. Through the chakra system, we help children explore their energy, understand their feelings, and grow in self-belief. Each workshop is a safe, inclusive space where every child is seen, heard, and celebrated. We believe that when children learn to balance their inner world, they become more resilient, compassionate, and empowered in the outer world.
Welcome to our unique Chakra Kidz Mindfulness Sessions, created to nurture confidence, calm, creativity, and emotional well being in children through joyful movement, sound, play and imagination.
Our sessions are carefully crafted to introduce children to the 7 Chakras- the body's energy centers- through music, dance, affirmations, breathing techniques and sensory activities. The sessions are always inclusive, engaging and full of fun!
Our sessions blend movement, mindfulness and creative expression to help children explore their feelings, build self-esteem and discover inner calm and confidence.
Children learn how their bodies, thoughts and feelings are connected- and how they can use simple tools (like breathing techniques, movement, visualisation and positive affirmations) to feel more balanced, grounded and joyful in everyday life.
Each Chakra is connected to a different part of a child's development- like feeling safe, expressing themselves or believing in their abilities When children explore these through movement, colour, music and affirmations, it boosts their emotional intelligence, self- confidence and resilience.
It's not about religion or spiritual teaching- it's about giving children practical, fun tools to support their mental health in a language they love.
Each session runs for 1 hour and includes:
