Take a moment for yourself and join our supportive, practical, and engaging well-being group session. This unique workshop is designed to help you manage anxiety, boost your confidence, strengthen your self-belief, and nurture self-love. Connect with others who share similar experiences and embark on a journey of self-discovery.

Programme Overview

 Eyez on the Vibes: Reset and Rise is a 6-part well-being workshop series designed to support adults experiencing anxiety, low confidence, emotional overwhelm and reduced self-belief. Discover techniques that will help you reset your mindset and rise above challenges.

Each session focuses on a different theme linked to mental health, self-love, confidence and emotional well-being.

While the sessions flow beautifully together as a journey, each workshop is designed to stand alone.


Week 1: Steady and Strong

Focus: Anxiety relief and nervous system reset

Understand how anxiety impacts mental health and learn grounding techniques to restore calm.


Week 2: The Confidence Reset

Focus: Rebuilding self-belief

How past experiences impact confidence and belief


Week 3: Back To You

Focus: Self-love and mental health support

Reduce negative self-talk and strengthen self-love


Week 4: Release and Renew

Focus: Letting go for emotional well-being

Gently release emotional weight that affects mental health and confidence


Week 5: Own Your Energy

Focus: Boundaries, belief and joy

Protecting energy to improve well-being and confidence


Week 6: Rise Within

Focus: Integration and long-term well-being

Bringing together tools for lasting mental health and confidence growth



The Sessions

 Each session is 60 minutes and includes:

  • Guided discussion: Explore themes around confidence, self-belief, emotional well-being and self-love
  • Practical Activities: Simple, engaging exercises to reflect, release emotional weight and reconnect with yourself.
  • Breathing Techniques: Tools to calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety and restore balance
  • Guided Meditation: Gentle practices to help feel grounded, clear and calm.
  • Sound Relaxation: Soothing sounds using instruments like a singing bowl, rain stick and ocean drum to enhance relaxation
  • Take-Home Tools: Printable exercises, affirmation cards and simple daily practices to continue your journey beyond the session


Each workshop is accessible to everyone, whether this is your first well-being experience or you are already exploring mindfulness and self-care. You can join any session individually, or come along to multiple sessions- there’s no requirements to attend all 6 weeks.

Participants can:

  • Attend one session
  • Drop in when they can
  • Join midway
  • Or complete the full 6- week experience

There is no pressure and no requirement to attend every session.
