Eyez on the Vibes: Reset and Rise is a 6-part well-being workshop series designed to support adults experiencing anxiety, low confidence, emotional overwhelm and reduced self-belief. Discover techniques that will help you reset your mindset and rise above challenges.
Each session focuses on a different theme linked to mental health, self-love, confidence and emotional well-being.
While the sessions flow beautifully together as a journey, each workshop is designed to stand alone.
Week 1: Steady and Strong

Each workshop is accessible to everyone, whether this is your first well-being experience or you are already exploring mindfulness and self-care. You can join any session individually, or come along to multiple sessions- there’s no requirements to attend all 6 weeks.
